Birth was registered 24th December in West Ham, sub district, East Ham,
on 24th December 1891 by his mother.
The family was living at 26 Telham Road at the time.
The record of baptism in January 1892 also shows Telham Road.

Went to Australia, after the First World War but before George and Nellie.
He married an Australian woman.
Betty Sullivan remembers him as being "something important" in Australia
and he came to England for a couple of weeks to a conference
"representing Australia" around 1928. He gave Betty, who was then about
8 years old, a present of a necklace of pretty blue stones, now lost.
Betty thinks that he took a silver cup or trophy that Betty had (from her
father?) back with him to Australia.
Edwin Harris remembers that Jack used to work for the railways in
Australia (Western Railways?) and came to England around 1928 to a
conference and stayed for a few days with his sister Ethel.
May have had a son called Bernard.
