Arthritis in legs and had cataracts removed 2 years ago. Despite this her
eyesight is still deteriorating and at the time of our visit she had been
admitted to Hospital in order to be cared for.
Had a son, Roderick Newton ??? by a previous marriage. He was 10 years old
when Jack and Alna married.
